Nashville band performs 'Content' on the MTS

One of the reasons we get tired of most blues-rock bands is their disregard for subtlety. Sure, it's fun to see a rude 'n' lewd group drunkenly trash a stage on a Friday night, but that jubilance rarely translates on record—which results in our fatigue with most blues-rock played on the radio.

However, The Features produce tunes with welcome undertones of dread that give the group more intrigue than most rough-and-tumble bands. In this episode of A Trolley show, the Nashville natives perform "Content," a song with a driving rhythm that upholds the rockin' qualities of the genre while adding some menace similar to Violent Femmes' early punk songs.
